I got javaw.exe to stop locking up. It appears that javaw.exe is needed to run your program. Still when I try to access 'help' nothing happens. I deleted java and real player and re_downloaded both -I can open setup -setup runs -it installs -on completing setup wizard,when I click on finish tab javaw.exe begins to run. Can see it on Task Manager -javaw.exe does not run before I click finish tab -ballroom music player window opens.At the top of the window the loading diagram does nothing. -Program does not load -Can open studio window,but since javaw.exe is running and using 100% CPU nothing works. -I only get' Browser window will open shortly' I am using administrator account.
